How To Use Our Site, Mailing ChargesAbout the product indexOur products are listed by catagory in the column to the right of every page. As you select the major catagories on the right the sub catagories for that catagory will be listed. About our Shopping CartThe shoping cart will appear in the colum to the right once you add an item to the cart. How to Choose ColorsShowing you the colors of the treads on your computer is not possible because the colors look quite different on different monitors. Therefore we highly recommend that you download this free Adobe Acrobat document, Color Family Listing, and purchase the TIRE Loose End Color Card which includes actual colored threads, for $12.00. With these items you can accurately know what colors you are ordering. The Color Family Listing link indicates which number and name identify the color available for each thread type. It also lists the thead number and name in color families, helping you to select specific colors. To the right of the Home page you will see PRODUCTS, with product designators of the "Thread," "Ribbon/Bias, "'Dye',"Paint", or Silk REference". Choose your product preference and you will link automatically to the page containing the listed items available. Click the "Add To Cart" button next to the thread, dye, or paint you'd like to order. You'll be told to choose the color number and name you'd like to order. Highlight the color you want by clicking on it. To add an item to your cart, click on the "Add to cart" button. To view the items in your cart, click on the "View cart" button. The item and the amount you are ordering will be noted at the' Shopping Cart' column to the far right of the screen, just under the Products listings. If you'd like a thread, dye, or paint in more than one color, please add each as a separate item in your cart. If you wish to order more than one of the same item place the number desired in the quality box and the pricing totals will be calculated automatically. If you'd like to remove an item from your cart, click the "View Cart" button and put a "0" in the quanity field of the item you want to delete, then click on the "Recalculate" button. This will remove the item from your cart. e How to PurchaseWhen you're ready to purchase an item on our site, here are some things that will help your purchase go more smoothly: All orders must be pre-paid to THINGS JAPANESE. Orders will be shipped via air except those noted. Those shipments noted will be shipped UPS. You will be advised of additional shipped outside of USA. All prices are subject to change without advanced notice. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by receipt. Packaging and Shipping Charges:
Items are shipped via U. S. Mail First Class. Foreign shipping may be extra. We accept Master Card and Visa credit cards.Any special shipping requirements (US Mail Priority-Second Day-Next Day, UPS, or Fed EX) require different mailing charges. Indicate on your order (Note To Merchant) any special shipping requirements. Contact us if you wish specific quotes on those charges.
