How are 'Lumiere/Neopaque paints applied to fabrics?'Lumiere/Neopaque' DifferencesThe main differences between the two types of paint is merely the addition of tiny pieces of metallic to the 'Lumiere', which give them a wonderful luminescence. The 'Neopaque' paints are mat colors of the same paint formulas of the 'Lumiere', without the metallic added. Both paints may be intermixed in any combination. It is a delight to experiment with the gentle radiance that can be achieved with the addition of the L/N to the 'Colorhue' dyed fabrics. Coloring With 'Lumiere/Neopaque'Paint brush, stenciling, silk screening, stamping, printing, line work, etc., are just a few of the ways to apply the L/N to textiles. The 'Lumiere / Neopaque' are normally colorfast when applied to silk without heat setting processes. They magically team with the Colorhue because of the fast application of both of the products. The 'Colorhue' actually can color the paints when applied after the paints have dried on fabric. 'Lumiere/Neopaque' Are ColorfastThe colors of the L/N are colorfast because you have personally been responsible for those processes. The L/N products are washable and can be dry cleaned effectively. More information is available in the instructions guides and kits about washing, drying and dry cleaning.
